Sydney trained hairdresser and Surfers Paradise salon owner Jenna joined our team in 2016. With over 15 years experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Jenna has such a strong passion for the industry, she took over as Hair La Natural Surfers Paradise Salon Owner in 2018 and has completed many training courses during her time including GHD styling, Sharyn Blain fashion cutting, and a selection of colour correction and fashion colouring courses. With over a decade of experience, Jenna understands how to translate the latest trends into wearable everyday styles that are sure to be flattering and suit your lifestyle. She will take your tresses in her capable hands and turn them into pure gold (or ash, or platinum, or whatever colour you fancy). Jenna has a reputation for excellence in colouring, foiling, balayage and extreme colour changes, and this would be what she is most passionate about. Jenna also specialises in fine hair and will look after her clients from beginning to end with a thorough consultation, realistic results and a relaxing experience. Jenna is amazing at recreating your image and is not scared to do dramatic transformations. Black to blonde, blonde to red or even brassy to blonde. “I enjoy most aspects of hairdressing, but if I had to pick, creative colouring, long hair and foils would be my favourites” says Jenna. Jenna is also one of our Weft and tape extension specialists. Outside of work Jenna enjoys family time and watching her baby boy Malakai grow up, her puppy Cheeko, bushwalking, gym/fitness, camping, hiking, travelling and holidaying. Ashleigh R has been in the hairdressing world for over 8 years and brings to the Hair La Natural Surfers Paradise team experience from Sydney city salons, and a massive love and passion for the industry. Ash recently moved up from Sydney where she completed her training and worked most of her hairdressing career. She also lived and worked in Townsville salons for a short time. Ash’s favourite services are foils, fashion colours, keratin smoothing treatments, weft and tape extensions, concave style cuts & men’s cuts; “I enjoy spending time with my clients and listening to what they want. Bev has been a part of the Hair La Natural team for 2 years after making the move from Redland Baywhere she owned her own salon for over 20 years. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, she is known for her expert skills and loving a good chat with her v alued clients. Bev's favourite things to do are scalp lightening, big colour changes, foil work and all things colour! Bev also loves big style cut transformations, is amazing at short hair blowdries, and is also one of our perm specialists. In her spare time Bev enjoys spending tijme with her family, going to the beach, and the occasional pub lunch! Michelle joined the Hair La Natural team over 5 years ago, however originally started her hair career in the UK before moving over to Australia over 20 years ago! Michelle brings years of local and international knowledge with her to Hair La Natural, her favourite service being perms. She is one of our amazing perm specialists , and also enjoys bouncy blow dries, style cuts, dimensional foils and all things colour. In her spare time Michelle LOVES travelling and seeing more of Australia, spending time with her family and dog Connie, and getting outdoors! Desiree always knew what she wanted to be from a young age so began hairdressing at age 15 and she has stuck with it ever since, just as passionate about it as the day she started 19 years on. Desiree has competed her NZ trade certificate in hairdressing and has competed in NZ hairdressing competitions. Desiree has come from managing a salon pre-covid and then decided to work as an independent stylist post covid so she brings a wealth of knowledge, resilience and professionalism and expertise to our team.  In her spare time she likes to exercise, travel, shop, cook and enjoy food and drinks with friends or family. Desiree specialises in:  -fashion colours - bold and colourful or soft muted pastels.  -blondes of all shades -balayage  -grey blending  -blow waving and styling -hair care and she does a beautiful head massage!  -passionate about educating clients on aftercare and how to maintain their look at home, after all you’ll be the stylist majority of the time!  -fine hair (I know the drill as I have fine hair myself!)  -transformation hair cutting and styling.  -precision cutting  -organic cutting (who doesn’t love a modern mullét)
